At Acsterba, we strive to provide reliable, safe, and compliant storage and handling services for petroleum and related products. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in how service payments are handled in the event of cancellations, overpayments, or disputes.

The following serves as an official confirmation of our refund guarantee policy. In the event that the Seller fails to deliver petroleum products into the lease storage tanks of Acsterba, we hereby confirm that a full refund will be processed within 24 hours of verification, in accordance with the policy outlined below:

1. Identity Verification

Before any refund can be processed, we are obligated to verify the identity of the receiving party. This step is necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized transfers. Refunds will only be issued to accounts registered under the buyer’s legal or corporate name.

2. Verification Documents

To comply with international compliance standards, you are required to provide one or more of the following documents (“Verifying Documents”):

A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID card). The document must clearly display your full name, photograph, and signature.

3. Proof of Address

You must also submit proof of address dated within the last six months. Acceptable documents include:

A utility bill, or

A bank or card statement.

The proof of address must show your full name and the registered address linked to your account with us.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

DIPTEST Failure
Acsterba will fully refund the payment made for the Allocation within 24 hours in the event that the DIPTEST is unsuccessful for any reason.

TSR Non-Completion
In the event of seller unavailability, product delays, or any other related circumstances preventing completion of the TSR, Acsterba will reimburse the full payment made for the TSR within 24 hours.

End Seller Non-Performance
If the End Seller defaults, Acsterba will refund the full payment made for the endorsement of TTTIA, TTVIA, IPA, NOR, CI, DTA, ATV, IAL, ATI within 24 hours.

Issuance of TSR
Acsterba will only issue a TSR reflecting the buyer’s chosen seller name. No alternative defaults will be accepted.
